Breakfast

The Abbey Guest House is currently offering stays on a Room Only basis.

As we are so very close to York City Centre, you are only a short stroll either along the River or through the Museum Gardens from York’s Cafes and Bars.

Once we do open again for Bed and Breakfast, you can get your day off to a great start with our delicious breakfast, served in our sunny breakfast room overlooking the river.

We believe that breakfast is a key part of your stay with us, so we use high quality ingredients and cook your meal fresh to order.

Our Menu

Choose from a range of cereals, fruit and yoghurt, toast and preserves, a full English Breakfast and at least two lighter alternatives.

We vary our menu to make the most of seasonal ingredients and regularly offer homemade items such as Muesli, Granola and Fruit Compôte.

Warm up in Winter with our delicious porridge served with our homemade Winter Spiced Compote.

We are able to cater for most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free, please advise us when booking.
