Our Price Promise

Prices are per room, per night and include complimentary Wi-Fi & all taxes.

Check In

Check in is by prior arrangement and up to 18:00. Self Check-in is possible after 18:00.

Guest Rooms are usually available from 13:00. Guests are more than welcome to arrive earlier however and leave any luggage with reception.

Check out is 10.00 but luggage can be stored with reception for as long as you need.

Parking

Parking is available on street, in the R12C zone if parking permits are purchased through the guest house. Please select at the same time as reserving your room.  Parking spaces are however limited so please book your permits as soon as you are able. Alternatively the nearest municipal car park is Marygate, which is situated directly behind the guest house (local charges will apply).

Groups

Our maximum group size is six adults booked separately or together.  If you are interested in booking the whole guest house please contact us directly for more information.

We do not accept bookings from groups on hen or stag parties.

Children

We aim for a relaxed environment, all guests must be over 14.

Longer Stays

We welcome longer stays; for bookings of five or more nights there is a variance to our standard terms & conditions. Please contact us before booking to discuss.
